We push our students to achieve excellence and go beyond the standard requirements, as evidenced by our high check ride pass rate. This results in exceptional, safer pilots.

Additionally, we offer Cirrus training programs and rentals. With a CSIP on staff, we can offer Cirrus Transition Training as well as Cirrus Embark training.

In addition to flight training, we offer aircraft management services that takes all the hassle and stress out of aircraft ownership and allows you to focus on what you came to general aviation to do: fly the airplane.

Elite Flight Training Curriculum

We do things differently than other flight schools. Our Private Pilot License ground-school curriculum aims to help pilots pass the knowledge test. This tends to be the biggest barrier to most students seeking to become pilots. We incorporate written test study into every ground school program so that you’re not having to cram at the end of your training or spend extra money on written test preparation. It’s the Frequency Change Aviation commitment to quality in action.

What Is the Meaning of Frequency Change?

A “Frequency Change” is pilot lingo that you’ll sometimes hear on the communications radio in an airplane. When listening on the aircraft’s communications radio during flight, you might hear an Air Traffic Controller grant approval of a “frequency change.” This is simply an authorization to change the frequency of your radio as you depart that Controller’s airspace.

It’s our mission to level up the game and “change” the culture of the typical flight training experience in Nashville with the highest quality flight instruction. Don’t operate on typical flight training frequencies. Better flight training is indeed an option. Your Frequency Change is approved, so call us today to get started!

Let's get flying!
